Water comes up out of the toilet bowl
Attempt to change the nozzle position of the bidet. When the bidet is installed properly and the user is seated properly, the bidet should spray the center of your body and water should not come out of the toilet bowl. Please watch our Installation Video HERE for more information.
Toilet not functioning properly
When installed properly, the bidet has no effect on the performance or flushing of the toilet. During installation, it is possible to rotate the toilet fill valve, which can mis-align the toilet tank's internal components. To remedy this, remove the toilet tank lid and ensure all parts of the flushing assembly are aligned so that the flush handle controls the flushing mechanism.
Bidet works when first installed, but now water sprays straight down into the toilet bowl
If water sprays directly down, it's likely that the nozzle cap has been lost. Please reach out to our Support team HERE for a replacement.

SpaSuite attachment doesn't spray correctly and the nozzle acts strange
One of the causes of nozzle leaks, irregular flow, or other nozzle related issues could have to do with mineral buildup in the device. Hard Water can cause minerals to build up and stop the nozzles from extending, spraying, or functioning as intended. We recommend maintenance as needed! The tips of the nozzles can be removed for cleaning, to clean the nozzle heads use a toothpick or a small brush to clear the spray holes.
- To start, manually pull down the nozzles themselves. This will expose the nozzle cap (this is the large section at the tip of the nozzle).
- Remove the nozzle cap. Take extra care when removing this cap as it can fall into your toilet and get flushed away!
- Once the nozzle cap is removed, run a wash for one minute. Since the cap has been removed the water from the bidet attachment will just shoot directly into the toilet bowl.
- After running for one minute, reattach the nozzle cap and use the bidet as intended.
